I can’t believe how cold it was for me today and there was no way for me to escape it.  It was around 8 degrees this morning and it didn’t warm up at all.  I brought my ski jacket, but I had to change into the mechanic outfit.  Although we were working on cars with the garage doors clothed, it didn’t help that the heaters were broken.  Moe, my boss, showed me around the shop as I noticed a shotgun behind the door.  He told me that everyone carries a gun around this part of town.  He told me that he has never had to use it, but it has scared plenty of people away.  I mean the first minute that I walked into work; two guys came in and talked about guns and killing people.  I guess that’s why Detroit is ranked #2 for highest crime in the country. 

Time to learn about cars and not guns……
